| DATES |
|
- The 8th edition of Cinemambiente – Environmental Film Festival will take place in Turin from
the 30th September to 5th October.
- The festival’s competitions include film inspired to environmental issues produced after 1st
january 2003.
- The deadline for all applications is 1st june 2005.

| COMPETITIONS |
|
- There will be three competition sections:
- International documentary competition
Prize € 5000 for best documentary
Prize € 1500 for second documentary classified
- Italian film competition
Prize € 5000 for best italian film
Prize € 1500 for second film classified
- International short film competition
Prize € 1500 for best short film

| SELECTION |
|
- Cinemambiente direction board will select the film that will be admitted at the competitions
according to its final judgement.
- The authors admitted to the competitions will be informed within the 1st of september 2005.

| TO SUBMIT A FILM SEND THE FOLLOWING DOCUMENTATION |
|
- Entry form filled in each part. The entry form is available on line at our website:
www.cinemambiente.it;
- DVD (zona 2), or a VHS;
- Film synopsis;
- Biography of the author and his previous works;
- Three photographs of the film and one of the director (if digital must be minimum cm. 10x10
with minimun resolution 150 dpi, best 300 dpi in jpg ot TIFF, or EPS);
- Film script and commentary both in the original language and translated into italian, english,
french or spanish;
- Any informative and advertising material;
- The material will be not given back;
- Documentation can be sent through cd or e-mail;
- The copyright owner entirely accept the festival rules and allows that a max of 4 min of an
exctract of the film can possibly be broadcasted on TV;

Le videocassette verranno conservate negli archivi del Festival, salvo richiesta contraria da parte del mittente.
